Miscellaneous Accounts: Departments or organizations may want to request a general email account and/or a NetID account for student workers or other purposes. Such accounts are considered miscellaneous accounts and must be sponsored by a full-time faculty or staff member. The general email for the Eagle Help Desk, email@example.com, is an example of a miscellaneous account.
*This form can only be completed by Division/Unit Directors and Managers, or a Dean's Office. All other requests will be disregarded. Requests made by students will be disregarded.
Please Note: Clicking on the link above will take you to Web Help Desk. To request a Miscellaneous Account you will need to login to Web Help Desk with your NetID Account. Reference the picture to the right and then select the following Request Type:

We do not offer the option to change the name of a miscellaneous account. If you would like a different account name please request that the one you are using be deleted and then fill out the form to have a new one created.
