File Recovery & Translation
The Eagle Help Desk can help with file transfers between Macintosh and PC formats and they can also help convert files from one file format to another (for example, between Microsoft Works and Microsoft Word).
The Support Center is also able to attempt recovery of documents which are corrupted or lost.
CD-Mastering
The Eagle Help Desk is able to duplicate CD-Roms (for faculty and staff) (non-copyrighted material) for distribution of materials to students, etc.
A departmental charge of $3.00 per CD will apply or a personal check for $3.00 per CD plus tax may be used.
