Technology Classrooms
UW-L's Classroom Technology is managed by the ITS staff in
Educational Technologies and Technology Support Services.
Educational Technologies works with faculty to
identify instructional technology needs and develop methods to
implement into existing or proposed classroom/lecture halls on
campus. Attention is focused on creating an effective teaching
environment instead of simply incorporating "new" systems into a
space without considering accepted design criteria. The
instructional technology may include video/computer large screen
presentation devices, audio playback/recording systems, student
response systems, two way video communication systems or
presentation and room environmental system remote controls.
