Network Services

ITS Network Services is the team responsible for the management of the campus network and the services provided to utilize it. We install, configure and manage all the switches, routers, connections, firewalls and wireless access points for the UW-La Crosse campus. This site has been designed to provide information for services related to network connectivity, including network jack activations, configuration and wireless availability.
Network Services is committed to the maintenance and support of the general UW-La Crosse network. Some issues that concern our services include:
- Network access and availability
- Internet bandwidth and latency
- Activation of network jacks
- Electronic security for the campus
- Network management
- Network monitoring
