Do not use the "quicklinks", use "insert stuff" instead. Quicklinks are only for external web links and insert stuff is for linking to any items within your ePortfolio space such as images and artifacts. Insert stuff is the botton right next to the quicklink. In the image below the quicklink has been crossed off. Watch this video for instructions.
Adding an Artifact into a presentation? To add content into your presentation, you can add a text box, reflection, artifact, or a combination of all. There are three main ways to link to your artifacts: 1. Insert a text box with Add Component and create a link using insert stuff to link to the artifact, 2. Insert an artifact using the Add Component or 3. create a reflection and use insert stuff to link to an artifact. The difference between a reflection and a text box, a reflection is created within my items and a text box is created within a presentation. A reflection also includes a date stamp on the top. If inserting photos as artifact it is recommended to use either a text box or reflection and insert the image using Insert Stuff, which allows you to choose the size of the image. Before you can begin to add content, you need to have artifacts uploaded into your ePortfolio space. Note: School of Education students already have a standards table created. Just edit this text box and add your artifacts using insert stuff. Community Health students should also edit the Areas of Responsibility table and add artifacts using insert stuff..
