Enterprise System Help and Information

The Enterprise System (CAS) is used to access student record information, accounting and budget data, personnel and other information. Access to the Enterprise System is based on your job and approvals received from each major business area. The ITS Support Center is the point of contact for questions related to logging in, system problems or bug reports. If you have a question on what a particular screen does or how to use it, you should contact the business office in charge of that information. (Records & Registration, HR, Financial Services, etc.)

Work Order Requests & Exam Scoring

All work order requests are submitted to the ITS Support Center in 103 Wing. You can fill out the form below or submit your request online (if you are an authorized requestor).

Exam Scoring (Multiple-Choice Scantron Tests) is done by the ITS Support Center. Drop-off and pickup of exams is done at 103 Wing. If a student is picking up exams, they must bring their student ID and a note from the instructor or department program assistant. Exam turn-around is one business day normally and one-half business day during finals. All exams must have a completed form and unblemished key when turned in.
