AERIE - Access to Enterprise Records Information for Employees

What is AERIE?

AERIE is a new service, primarily designed for instructional staff, that allows access to class lists and class information for any semester. Future enhancements will include advisee information and the ability to input grades online.

Why do I have to change my Email Password?

If you have never changed your email password from the 8-digit default value, you will be required to change it before you can access AERIE. This is for security reasons. It is not difficult for someone to figure out your default password and access this confidential information. Please change your password to something that is not found in the dictionary and something that cannot be easily guessed.

How do I change my email password?

Visit our Email Help page for directions on using Outlook Web Access to change your email password. At this time, OWA is the only method for changing your password.

How do I use AERIE?

From the AERIE main menu, you can choose Instructor Course List to view your courses for any semester, or Display All Classes to see the classes offered in any department. You can use the Advisee Option to get more information about your advisees and Grade Submission allows you to submit grades online (replacing bubble sheets!).

Can I print my class list?

Yes, while viewing your class list, use the print button on the right hand side at the top of the list. We recommend setting your printer to landscape.
