Study Abroad in China
Students of Chinese at UW-L have opportunities to study in China for an intensive eight-week summer course in the Chinese language and culture.
Students can also participate in an exchange program in Guilin (one of the top four scenic locations in China) with Guangxi Normal University. Students can choose a programs that last a semester or an entire year.

Learn only 40-60 of the most frequently used radicals in the Chinese language which form most of the Chinese characters
Learn the pinyin (pronunciation symbols) to strengthen and support your Chinese abilities
