Cowley Hall of Science (1965) houses the River Studies Center and Departments of Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Geography/Earth Science, Mathematics, Nuclear Medicine Technology, and Physics, In addition to classrooms and laboratories, it provides office space, research facilities, a greenhouse, a planetarium, computer labs, and tutoring rooms.
The following departments are now housed in the Health Science Center located at 1300 Badger Street in La Crosse: Radiation Therapy., Physician Assistant Studies, Physical Therapy, Clinical Laboratory Science, Occupational Therapy.
