Welcome to the Math Department's πK Fun Run/Walk
We will be hosting a πk and a 2πk Fun Run/Walk. Proceeds will go to help fund the Mathematics Honors Reception.
Sign up by April 14 if you want a t-shirt!
Date: Saturday, April 24, 2010
Time: Registration from 8:00 to 8:30
Race begins at 8:30.
Place: Marsh Nature Trails beginning at the La
Crosse Dog Park
(The dog park is located just North of the Campus Maintenance Building,
Number 20 on the campus map).
Registration: Registration forms can be found online at registration or in the Math Deparment office, 1020 Cowley Hall. Please return all completed registrations tto the Math Department.
T-Shirts: T-shirts are optional and cost $12.00 each. Please indicate on the registration form that you want a t-shirt and what size. T-Shirt design.
Packet Pick-up: You can pick up your packets/rce numbers in the Mathematics Department Office, 1020 Cowley Hall. If you are unable to pick up your packet ahead of time they will be available at the Race Day Registration beginning at 8:00 a.m.
Showers: Showers and Locker Rooms will be
available in the Basement of Mitchell Hall. They are located in the
basement and are labeled Men's General and Women's General Locker Room.

Parking:
At dog park: There is some parking along the streets near the entrance to the dog park. There is also some visitor parking in the Campus Physical Facilities parking lot next to the dog park.
On Campus: Park in any lot with the designation “Commuter Lot”, even though the sign may say that permits are required. The parking lot beside Cowley Hall is a Commuter Lot, and there are two more further down the street to the north. The parking lot across the street from Cowley Hall, beside the athletic stadium, is also a Commuter Lot. We have been told that Commuter Lots will not be ticketed on Friday afternoon or Saturday, though overnight parking is not allowed. Do not park in any Resident Lot.
