Information relating to the Summer 2007 Workshop
Agenda:
The schedule of events begins at 1:00 on Friday, September 7 and ends at about 1:00 on Saturday, September 8. The workshop will include presentations from a number of individuals that are either directly involved in the project, or who will provide assistance throughout the year. The current draft of the schedule is available here (some of the details of the schedule are likely to change, so check back here from time to time). The workshop will take place in Rooms 273 and 274 of Murphy Library.
Food and travel expenses:
The travel expenses (mileage, hotel and per diem) will be covered by the grant. Keep track of your expenses (including receipts) and an expense report will be provided at the workshop. Once the expense report has been submitted, the business office will process them and send you a check (the amount of time needed varies, but is typically 2 to 3 weeks). Plan to eat lunch prior to the beginning of the first session. We will try to schedule a group outing for dinner Friday.
