Biography
Xiong Yang is a Biology major with a concentration in Biomedical Science, graduating in December 2010. He is conducting research with Dr. Margaret Maher in the Biology Department on using medicinal plants against kidney dysfunction. Xiong also keeps busy as a volunteer in MARC, a pre-college tutoring program. After graduate he plans on attending the Biochemistry Program at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
