International Applicants

International Applicants must adhere to the following application instructions. All applicants should apply for the program. In addition to the Medical Dosimetry program application and the university application the following items are required:

  • Test of Spoken English (TSE) - minimum score of 45;

  • Students for whom English is a second language must earn a minimum score of 600 (paper-based), 250 (computer-based), or 100 (internet-based) on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) within two years of application to the program.

  • Review of degree/coursework from outside of the United States by a professional credential evaluation service such as Education Credential Evaluators, Inc. (www.ece.org).

International Applicants must use the university application materials issued by the UW-L Office of International Education. These materials may be printed from the website at www.uwlax.edu/oie or both the medical dosimetry application packet and university paper application packets may be requested from uwlworld@uwlax.edu

The medical dosimetry application packet, the university application materials, and the items listed above should be submitted to University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Office of International Education (International Admissions), 116 Graff Main Hall, 1725 State Street, La Crosse, WI 54601 USA.

March - April Clinical Site Interviews (Track 1) / Selection Committee decisions
April - May Notice sent to students / Acceptance response requested
September Program start date (This will always be the Tuesday after Labor Day)
