APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR CLASSES BEGINNING FALL 2010

Application Deadline:  February 1, 2010

Requirements for a Complete File:

To be considered complete, an applicant's file must meet the following requirements:

  1. The application must be complete with all transcripts and areceived by February 1, 2010. Include the letters of references (each individually sealed with reference signature on the outside envelope over the seal) with the actual application. Mail all required paperwork in one mailed packet.
  2. Include a statement of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd preference for placement at the current affiliated clinical internship sites.
