About the Author

Brian Udermann is a Full Professor in the Department of Exercise and Sport Science and also serves as the Director of Online Education at UW-L. He has published 50 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals, five book chapters, and one book. He has taught health and wellness courses on a variety of college campuses for the past 20 years. Brian loves encouraging and motivating people to make positive changes in their health related behaviors.
