Periodicals Circulation Policy

Periodicals DO NOT circulate. 

We currently allow three exceptions to this rule: 

• Faculty and staff may check out current issue(s) or bound volume(s) for 24 hours (items will be due by closing the next day)
• Students may check out issue(s) or bound volume(s) for 24 hours with a signed note or phone call from a faculty sponsor.
• Students may check out issue(s) or bound volume(s) for 2 hours in order to scan illustrations/photographs using equipment in Murphy Lab 153 or to make a color copy at Campus Graphics (Cartwright Center). A student ID or driver's license will be taken as collateral.

All periodicals should be taken to the Circulation Desk for checkout. 

Periodicals should be returned to the Circulation Desk.
