Steps to Register for NYSP: |

| 1. Obtain an NYSP application at local schools, or ONLINE, in March or call 608-785-8888 today to receive information. |
| 2. Once available, complete the application and mail
to (or submit online): Coulee Region NYSP/G.R.E.A.T. UW-La Crosse 212 Cartwright Center La Crosse, WI 54601 |
| 3. Upon receipt of the completed application , a
registration packet will be mailed to you to notify you of acceptance into the program. |
| 4. This packet will inform you of the physical
examination procedure that is required for the program. |
| 5. Mail completed registration packet in enclosed return envelope. |
| 6. Participant is eligible for the program once the
application, registration packet, and physical form are completed and on file. |
| 7. Applications accepted on a first come, first served basis. |
