Online Education Program Development Grants
The purpose of this grant program is to help UW-L develop a larger online presence by providing financial assistance to faculty and instructional academic staff who are interested in developing online degree programs, certificates, minors, concentrations, emphases, etc.
Ideally, these grants are awarded to groups of faculty or staff who would work collaboratively on program development.
Developing a new online degree program or converting an existing
face-to-face program into an online format is time- and
energy-intensive.
The online program development grants are designed to provide
support to faculty and instructional academic staff from the
beginning/planning stages to the final stages of implementing a
new online degree.
These funds could be used to support curricular planning and
development, LX form completion, course design and revision,
UW-System entitlement to plan and authorization to implement
work, and budget development.
Online Education Program Development Grants are not being offered Spring 2013.
Online and Blended Instructor Training Grants

is to help UW-L develop a quality online presence by providing
financial assistance to faculty and instructional academic staff
to complete intensive training related to online and blended
instruction.

offered Spring 2013.
