The Program Associate Professional Development Program endeavors to enhance the individual and collective value, image, competence, and impact of program associates and related classifications at UW-La Crosse.

This program seeks to enhance the university environment by maintaining professional standards for all program associates and related classifications. Not only does this benefit classified staff, program associates, confidential support staff, and limited term employees, but it benefits each department and the university community as a whole.
