My name is Sabine Mensah. I am from Ghana, West Africa.  Currently I am completing my Master of Science in Human Performance so if you know of any jobs in the exercise physiology field or strength and conditioning field then let me know!!!

I love sport, you name it I love it except for those outrageous sports that were created through someone’s boredom.  You all know which one’s I’m talking about.  Tennis, bodybuilding, and the optimal performance of the human body are my passions.  For those of you who do not take of yourself, WELL GET ON THE BALL!!!

That’s my alma matar (SOUTH CAROLINA STATE UNIVERSITY) My fellow mates hope thing are going well.  University of Wisconsin-La Crosse has one of the best Exercise and Sport Science programs in the NATION but if you choose to stay here after that bring with you a lot of soul, spirit, family ties and vacation funds.  BE EXPECTING A PICTURE OF ME SOON.
