Caucuses
To ensure a more inclusive environment, the Pride Center has
developed four different groups/caucuses to provide a space for everyone.
For more information on any of the caucuses or to get involved
please contact the Pride Center at PrideCenter@uwlax.edu.

Queer and Questioning Athlete Caucus

This group will meet throughout the year to
discuss issues that face "out" and closeted athletes
This is a new caucus and we are looking for many new
students to participate!

Queer People of Color (QPOC) Caucus

This group will meet throughout the year to provide a social environment
and a support network for Queer People of Color and their allies.

Gender Caucus

Gender Caucus was started to discuss issues surrounding gender identity.
This group is focused on the trans community.

Queer International Students Caucus

The Queer International Student Caucus is a social group designed to
provide a space for LGBTQ international students and
their allies to get together.

Ally Caucus

This group was started to give the allies of the LGBTQ community
an opportunity to come together and dialogue about the
struggles, challenges, and successes of being an ally.
