Faculty Development Grants
The UWL Faculty Development Committee (FDC) awards grants to support the professional development of faculty and instructional academic staff and projects intended to improve teaching and learning. There are three types of grants:
- Teaching Innovations - to try out new teaching strategies and approaches
- Scholarship of Teaching and Learning
- Professional Development

Deadlines for 2008-2009 Faculty Development Grants
- Friday, February 8, 2008 Professional Development and Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Grants due in your College Dean’s office. Dean’s signature not required for Teaching Innovation Grants.
- Friday, February 15, 2008 11 copies including the original are due in the Provost/Vice Chancellor’s office.
