UW-L Delegation Returns from Successful Trip to India

A delegation of UW-L staff members recently traveled to India to establish relationships with several of the country’s universities. With advance work done by Vijendra Agarwal and Gubbi Sudhakaran, the delegation visited several universities in Delhi, Chandigarh, and Bangalore and set up memorandums of understanding regarding exchange programs with four of the universities. International Education will be working with colleges and departments on potential program exchanges.

The delegation also recruited students from India to attend UW-L. Many students expressed interest and four students completed the UW-L application process during the delegation’s visit.
