End of the semester evaluation.
At the end of the semester the program assistant will remind you that it is time to conduct student evaluations of instruction (SEIs). Instructors cannot administer their own, so we swap with one another.
The form is as follows. You will be provided with a summary of the distribution and median of #15 and the department's overall median at the end of the semester.
