Approximately seven weeks into the semester, one of the department's faculty members will contact you to set up a time to visit your course.  During the visit, they will ask you to step out of the classroom and the students will complete an informal review regarding three primary questions:

    1.  What helps your learning in this class?

    2.  What hinders your learning?

    3.  What would you change?

The faculty member does not usually observe your course - although you could request it.

The faculty member will aggregate the responses and sit down with you to discuss them.

The department likes to see evidence at the end of the semester that you have addressed significant student concerns.
