Elgibility:

-People with physical or developmental disabilities of all ages who are receiving Medical Assistance through the County or are CMO clients
-Must have the ability to meet the driver at the curb

Services Provided:

- Curb to curb transportation services for medical appointments, work, respite care, and other reasons
- Services are provided in the urban areas of La Crosse County (in-town transportation in La Crosse, Onalaska, and Holmen)

Cost:

-Medical transportation costs are covered by Medical Assistance; other costs are covered by the County
-County Funds; Medicaid (Medical Assistance, MA)

Hours/Days of Operation:Bus

5:30 am - 9:30 pm Monday - Friday,
7:40 am - 7:40 pm Saturday
7:40 am - 6:40 pm Sunday

Office:

6 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday

Additional Information:

-Appointments for transportation must be made at least 24 hours in advance
-Saturday, Sunday, or Monday rides must be reserved by Friday at 2 pm
-For non-medical transportation must have a referral from the County
