Ticket/Guest Information/Special Needs Seating

  • You do not need to obtain tickets for your guests to attend commencement.

  • The ceremonies will last approximately 1½ hours.

  • Parking is available in any of the lots. Permits are not required. All campus parking lots have handicap parking spaces that are available on a first-come basis.

  • For any out of town guests requiring overnight accommodations, we recommend reserving hotel rooms soon since we expect a heavy demand. A listing of La Crosse area hotels is available at http://www.explorelacrosse.com.

  • For those needing special accommodations due to a disability, there is a large “Special Needs” section that is clearly marked in the Mitchell Hall Gym. Please note: We are unable to reserve seats for family or friends in the "Special Needs" seating area. “Special Needs” seating is on a first-come basis.
