Class Descriptions
3 for 1
Limited on time? Then this is the class for you.  A fusion of cardio kickboxing, strength training and yoga, this class hits all the areas of fitness.

ABSolution
A 20 minute core strengthening class.

Cycling - Indoor
Enjoy simple, athletic exercise in an environment that enables participants to make the connection between the body and mind. It's an exercise format that is truly open to people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels.

Cycle Abs
This is a great combo class!  Get a great cardio workout with an abdominal sequence and stretching segment all in 45 minutes.

CSI
This cardio strength, interval group exercise workout combines kickboxing, strength training, plyometrics and core work.  Designed for individuals who want a get pushed and work hard core.

Guts & Glutes
This workout is all about  the abs and glutes.  To help you achieve maximum muscle tone in these two areas of the body we will use hand held weights, balls and bands while performing innovative and old school exercises that target the abs and glutes.

Strength & Tone

This non-stop challenging strength workout simulates the weight room and is choreographed to music. It's a total body conditioning workout that will teach you how to lift weights with correct alignment while jamming to your favorite tunes. Just pump it.

Kickbox
This high energy workout will get you results. This class incorporates the best of boxing, kick boxing, hi/low aerobics, jump roping and self-defense.

Pilates
Think you can't break a sweat with pilates? Yes you can! With an emphasis on breathing and core stability, bring your mind into your muscles. Learn exercises that will increase your flexibility and develop overall strength.

Cardio Kickbox
This ultimate cardiovascular challenge combines movement patterns, technique and agility training specific to the ancient sport of kickboxing. Turbo kick starts with a sport specific warm -up, an advanced cardio section, using intensity of kickboxing drills and increased tempo "sprints", followed by work - recovery segments. Then relax with a flexibility cool down.

Yogalates
Get in touch with your body without bulking up. Create sleeker abs, leaner legs, stronger arms and a firmer booty. A total body conditioning workout that combines the best of yoga and pilates.

Power Yoga
Make that mind, body and soul connection! This challenging vinyasa flow class will make you sweat. It may even expose one's weaknesses, but with persistence and patience, will give you benefits that no other work out has given you before.

Beginner Yoga
Discover yoga at a beginners pace.  This introductory class will teach you the basic foundations of yoga, building strength stamina and flexibility.  Chill out and decompress from your busy day.

Zumba
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
