We'll be holding FREE classes the entire first week of classes!  These FREE classes will follow our normal schedule, space will be limited and  classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis.  This is a great way to try out a new class.

UWL Eagle Fit 360
Similar to the popular high intensity training classes, our Eagle Fit 360 class combines functional, strength and endurance training components to give you a total body workout. You’ll work out in small groups (8 people) and be lead by our trained coaches to ensure you get a quality safe workout!

Come try out a class during FREE week, Jan. 27-31.  Limited to the first 16 students.  Bring your ID!

REGISTRATION
Register for any fitness class at the REC Information Counter in the REC

FEES
Cycling and Aerobics = $25/semester
INSANITY® 30 min. classes = $13/semester
Class meets twice a week for 13 weeks plus an optional Friday class

Eagle Fit 50 min. class = $25
Class meets twice a week for 6 weeks

Eagle Fit 30 min. class = $25
Class meets twice a week for 13 weeks

Drop in to a cycling or aerobics class for only $2.  Pay at the Info. Counter
