Class registration includes
2 classes per week, except for the Friday Indoor Cycling class which is offered on Friday's only. 

All class registrations include the opportunity to attend a Friday aerobics class (except Friday Cycling).

Register for any fitness class at the Information Counter in the Recreational Eagle Center.

Try dropping in one of our group fitness classes.
You can't beat the price: $3 for cycling and $2 for all other classes.   Regular card holders always have priority

Fitness Classes
Add a little variety into your workout routine by signing up for one of the Rec Sports Department fitness classes. Our certified group fitness instructors offer some of the hottest and new fitness workouts in a fun and safe environment.

UW-L’s fitness classes are held at a variety of times throughout the week and can be enjoyed by all. Classes do fill quickly so come in on Monday, December 3rd to sign up.

Cycling classes are 45 min, absolution 20 min and all others 55 min.

*Fac/Staff must purchase REC membership in addition to the fitness class for all classes held in the REC.
