Academic Resource Mentors (ARM) work as members of a team with 1 to 5 other ARMs within a residence hall to promote academic success for all residents. To accomplish this, and ARM will serve as a resource for students, plan programs that help residents academically, and serve as part of the overall leadership team of a residence hall. ARMs are also to be role models of positive and healthy academic and personal behaviors within the hall.
