You performed duties as the Platoon Sergeant, 2d Platoon from
24 January – 10 February 2005 in an excellent manner. You
displayed good planning and execution skills and as a result you
were able to carry out all assigned tasks in a timely fashion.
You were involved in the planning process with your superiors
and also with your subordinates. You effectively communicated
with your squad leaders and did a great job ensuring that the Is
and IIs were informed at all times. Requiring a response to your
e-mails was good thinking, it ensured that you knew that the
information was being passed down. You always work well with
others and seem to understand them and their problems and you
are always willing to help other cadets when they need it. You
showed good command voice and a good knowledge of the commands
required. Continue to improve on your Drill and Ceremonies
skills and your level of physical fitness. Good job overall
during the leadership floor.
