Please complete the form below and return it to the SAA Program Director, Dr. Jodie Rindt (312 Graff Main Hall).  You may drop off a hard copy or copy & paste the info and send it via email to rindt.jodi@uwlax.edu . Dr. Rindt will register you.

Please note the following two dates:

• November 15^th – submit Thesis Update form
• April 15^th – deadline for thesis “defense” to allow you two weeks afterwards for any final tweaking to make the May 1^st Graduate Studies submission deadline
