The SAA Online program received UW System approval in April, 2007, and recently received the "official" notice of accreditation approval from the Higher Learning Commission! The first student cohort started classes in May, 2007, and the next online student cohort group will start in May, 2008.

Program Overview

This online master's degree program is a new alternative for working professionals who are seeking a master's degree in student affairs. Working with experienced faculty, the Student Affairs Administration (SAA) curriculum makes the best use of Internet technologies to provide a learning environment that encourages students to share their experiences about the realities of student affairs issues within universities, community and technical colleges, and other post-secondary institutions. The student's sharing of knowledge and experience as it relates to the course content and the overall program is a definite strength of the SAA Online program. Our new Online students start their courses in May and can select either a two and three-year plan.
