CEP Application Information
The application deadline is February 1 of each year. All application materials must be postmarked by this date.
1. U.S. Student Applicants:
- U.S. student applicants must first apply online to the university. The application form and instructions are available at: https://apps22.uwex.edu/pls/ea/Apply.Graduate?app_type=G&src=APPLY&uw=LAC.
- In addition to applying to the university, students must also complete the CEP Application for Admission form and submit three letters of recommendation. We would prefer you use our recommendation form, but it is not required. The Application for Admission form and the letters of recommendation can be mailed, e-mailed, or faxed directly to:

2. International Student Applicants:
- All student applicants from outside of the United States of America must contact the Office of International Education. International education questions may be asked by phone (608-785-8016) or by e-mail (uwlworld@uwlax.edu). The Office of International Education will instruct students regarding visas and other requirements as well as how to apply for admission to the university.
- In addition to applying to the university, students must also complete the CEP Application for Admission form and submit three letters of recommendation.
