The UW-La Crosse Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is one of the 12 University of Wisconsin-Extension SBDC centers that uses a variety of resources to help small business owners solve their business concerns. Services are targeted toward businesses that are planning for expansion, improving efficiency of operations, or resolving specific problems.

The SBDC offers free, confidential one-on-one advising for all stages of small business development including pre-venture assistance, startup businesses, established businesses, and new product and inventions. We can help you with questions regarding topics including business planning, business management, financial statement analysis, cash flow management, record-keeping, bank financing, exports and imports, developing personnel policies, marketing planning and product innovation.
