Pre-Venture Assistance
Our advisers work with those
who are thinking about
or are in the planning stages of starting new business. We can
assist you in developing the marketing, financial and management
assessments needed to write a successful business plan. For those of you who are just getting
started in business (or are thinking about it), we recommend
attending our
Business Basics series before making your
first advising appointment.
Startup Businesses
Our advisers will also work with those who have started their own businesses. We can help you address a specific challenge or opportunity involving marketing, finance, management, personnel or other topics. In addition, we can also work with you to update or revise your business plan that builds on past success and include plans for new growth opportunities or challenges that your business may face.
Established Businesses
If you have been in business for many years and are now faced with new challenges or opportunities, we can help. We'll assist your efforts in securing needed financing or developing marketing strategies for new products and services. We will also use our knowledge of local, regional and even international resources to find the assistance you need.
