This training program is also open-enrollment, which means you can register anytime you like. Ultimately, you will receive project management certification training that is practical, hands-on, and designed around your goals.
Collaborative and Customized Based On Your Professional Goals
Your project management certification training would begin
with a one-on-one session with our program director (Kay Wais,
PMP and also owner of
Successful Projects, LLC)
to review your professional goals and discuss your preferred learning style. Following
this discussion, you and Kay will review and select a project
management instructor from our pool of credentialed
professionals who have practical project management experience in varied fields.
One of the keys to the success of your project management certification training is
that we will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate
with an instructor who serves as your personal
coach throughout the duration of the training. The adjacent
figure illustrates our collaborative and innovative training process.

Following your instructor selection, we conduct several important project management skills assessments that will shape and direct your certification training. The first is a self-assessment followed by asking your program instructor, team members, project sponsors, and direct management to complete assessments of your current project management skills. This 360-degree assessment strategy identifies important skill gaps that, when filled via this certification training, will properly position you for even greater professional success.
You and your program instructor will design a fully-customized certification training program that consists of 56 hours of best-of-project management learning activities. Each leaning activity will be in-sync with your professional goals and learning style. Your certification training will also consist of learning activities you are motivated to use, excited about, and will fill the project management skills gaps identified during the assessment process.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam Prep and Real-world Application
You project management certification training can be customized in various ways to make it as relevant to your professional goals as possible. Two popular tracks for previous certification graduates have been either: 1) Project Management Professional (PMP) exam prep track, or 2) selecting a project from within their organization to manage as part of their certification training. Using a real-world project is an outstanding learning opportunity because it can be used to illustrate, apply, and practice project management principles within a practical situation. In addition, your organization receives immediate tangible value because you completed your certification training while successfully managing a challenging project at work. Our project management certification training is uniquely rewarding because this real-world approach enhances the learning experience and encourages organizational buy-in.
Certification Requirements: awarded after you complete 56 hours of project management learning activities.
