Service-Learning,
as examined from a campus-wide perspective, is in the initial stages on
the UW-La Crosse campus. As part of a three-year grant through
Wisconsin Campus Compact and AmeriCorps*VISTA an examination and
evaluation of service-learning opportunities already in place on campus,
as well as the development of new programs, will be among the main goals
of the grant. As these goals become a reality, please continue to
visit this website for updated and new information on service-learning
from institutional as well as national perspectives.
