The Student Health Center is available for students who are victims of sexual assault. The staff works closely with the local medical community to coordinate care for the victim. The Student Health Center does not have the capability to perform the special laboratory work needed when the cases may go through the legal system. Health Center personnel can provide examinations, STD testing, and emergency contraception and follow-up care for victims of sexual assault.
