Student Teaching / Practicum / Internship Application Information

Required of All Student Teacher, Practicum (ECE & SPE), or Internship Applicants:

February 28 is Application Day to student teach or intern during Spring 2013. Please complete online forms as available and print out. Turn in your completed application packet at 259 Cartwright Center on February 28 anytime between 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. You may also turn in your Hepatitis B immunization record with your application packet. Plan to have your TB test between December 1-31, 2012, and hand deliver, mail, or fax in your results by January 4, 2013, to:

You will receive directions for the online criminal background check (CBC) procedure at the Information Day session. The CBC will cost anywhere from $24 to $45, depending on individual circumstances. Also read the Responsibilities of Student Teachers/Interns.

Keep a copy of the Student Teaching Important Dates for Spring 2013 in your files.
