Here are two templates you can download. Follow these steps to download the template that appeals to you most. We have compressed the templates into zip files. If your computer does not have Winzip program for unpacking the files, download the Winzip program from here.

  1. Click the template you want to download.
  2. Select "open this file" then Click OK (windows 2000) OR click "open" button (windows XP) in the file download dialog box.
  3. Extract the zip file to u:\ (online files) or to your local computer. If you don't know how to extract the zipfile, click here
  4. After downloading the template files, it is necessary to read the "Read First.doc" information before continuing with editing your template
