Welcome
This web-based resource guide provides UW-La Crosse teacher education faculty and candidates with clear, consistent information regarding the UW-La Crosse Teacher Education E-portfolio process. The Teacher Education Program uses multiple standards-based assessment tools to support and evaluate pre-service professional development. In this performance-based assessment system, candidates are expected to document knowledge, skills and dispositions necessary for teacher certification relative to the UW-La Crosse Teacher Education Standards. The Professional Development Portfolio is one of multiple measurement tools used by the Teacher Education program.
