Reflective Statement Guidelines

A high quality reflective statement contains a brief description of the evidence, an analysis of what you have learned, and how the artifacts demonstrate your knowledge, skills, and dispositions relative to that standard.

Candidates will write a single reflective statement for each standard. If more than one artifact is used per standard, it is expected that the single reflective statement will link all artifacts to KSDs.

Candidates may find it helpful to review the Knowledge, Skills and Dispositions document (pdf) while writing reflective statements.
