I'm just wrapping up my third year of medical
school, and I'm about to start my fourth and final year. I'm now living and
doing rotations (third and fourth year of school are all clinical) in sunny
Ft. Myers FL. Getting through the winters is tough but I somehow mannage.
I'm in the process of chosing a place to complete my residency and will
probably be in West Palm Beach or the Clearwater area as of July 2004. I'm
going to have some time off before graduation as well and it's my hope to make
it back for White Rose and Luau this next year. I'm still single and loving
it (being in Florida and taking the profesional route I am doesn't hurt).
Anyways, I'm glad to hear that the chapter is still going strong and I look
forward to meeting some of the current actives. My best times in undergrad
were with my Sig Tau brothers.
I'm having a hard time coming up with one favorite Sig Tau memory, but I have a lot of great ones. A few that come to mind are the first Ghoulees I went to, the bus ride to the Badgers game where the bus broke down on the return trip, and killing the better part of a bottle of scotch with Constantineau at Oktoberfest the same year. There are many others as well but those are the first that come to mind. So if any Beta Kappa chapter member past of present gets down my way let me know. Give me a little notice and you'll always have a place to crash.
