Call to Order:  6:05 pm

President: New Greek Advisor- Kay ??

                 Elections- will be held in December.  If interested in a position on E-Board get Involved in a committee.

                 Philanthropy chair- resigns post for personal and academic reasons

                   Nominates Dru Sommers to take over.

Vice President: Phone tree- for those of you not present for the meeting, please get you

                        Address and phone numbers into Joe D. ASAP

                        IFC- time to be announced as to when to meet.  Bryan and Dustin are out

                           5 Steps to help in Recruiting

1)      Intro:  Hi, my name is ______ of ΣΤΓ.

2)      Short Story:  Tell about short simple story (i.e. hot tube party )

3)      Presentation: What we do.  Focus on scholarship, philanthropy,…..

4)      Close: Well, next week we are doing this ______.  How can we get a hold of you? (Say this statement with great confidence, don’t give them a chance to say no)

5)      Rehash: Tell them to bring a friend to fell more comfortable

Stick with questions that they can only answer with a yes or no!

                        Class Schedules-Bring to meeting with:

1)      Last semesters GPA

2)      Goal for this semester

3)      And how you will obtain this goal

E-mail- it is mandatory that everyone check their e-mail at least twice a       week for important messages.

Programs: Fines- ask Joe S.  This is important!!!!!

                        Badger game- will be either a hockey game or a basketball game. (unable

                        Parade- Float/gazoos for Oktoberfest

                        AZD overnight- will be held in the DELLS ( still looking into it, but

                                                Fraternity will only cover bus expense!)

                        Brats sale- Oktoberfest set up and promo publicity.  Help is needed!

Philanthropy: Dru is nominated and elected as new phil. Chair.

                        Cow pie bingo… will not take place this year.  Needs more time for
