Call to Order: 6:00 p.m.

                 Policy: fines… talk to an E-board member if you have questions

Vice President: Poster Sales… Thank you for helping!

                        IFC: meeting will be Tuesday @ 6:00 pm rm?

                        Class: did anyone skip class?

Programs: Brotherhood: will be Friday @ 6:00—Riverside Amusement Park, Cost will

$15 each person.

Meet at Scott and Pete’s place 410 N. 10^th street apt #1

                        Dells: still in the making…

                        Badger tickets: will be for basketball game for 2^nd semester!

Thursday we will meet @ 5:30 in the cellar for those that want to eat; others meet in La Crosse room @ 6:15; Invite recruits

Membership: Greek week committee will meet on Wed. at 7:00 next to Greek Office

                        Initiation Committee:  need help planning for the new guys

Treasurer: Chartwells dates: please look over the list of dates and come to next meeting

                        With at least two possible work dates!

                        Dues: ASAP! If you need to establish a payment plan, it is in your best

                        Interest to talk to Jeff or Joe!

Philanthropy: still trying to set up meeting with MUASA

Open: Ghoulies in the Coulees

New: Dustin needs a delegate to take his place for IFC meeting—Swanson

            Motion: Barry: motions to add a five-dollar late fee for every week that dues     are Not paid.  This does not apply to those that have talked to Joe or Jeff about a

            Payment plan.  Guys not at the meeting have til next Sunday before being fined.
