President: Formal apologies for involvement fest.

Vice President: IFC—75% of chapter must show up for Greek Info night on Wed.

Programs: Brotherhood—torchlight parade… meet @ Cartwright @ 6:00 pm on Thurs.

                 Greek Info night—Wed. October 3^rd @ 7:00 in Port-O-Call, must attend!

                 Brat-oberfest—Thank you for all who worked it.  Came out ahead w/ a little

                        Over a hundred $$.

                 Dru’s b-day on Sat.

                 Joe’s b-day this last Fri.  Happy b-day to the both of you.

                 Formal—Will be Dec. 1^st at Maple Grove

Philanthropy:  Cow Pie Bingo—

                        Food Drive—will be held sometime a week before thanksgiving.

                                    We need some volunteers to help with this.

Open:  T expressed his unhappiness with guys choosing to drink at Brat toberfest

New Business:  Shaw motioned to allow Halweg another week to finish the display board, if not done punishable by death.  T seconded and motion passed.
