Call to Order: 6:03p.m.

Present: Keith, Kevin, Jeff, Mike T, Barry, Scott Sw, Nic, Joe S, Joe D, Bryan, Dustin, and Brian Shaw

Excused: Dennis, Cory, Scott H.

Absent: Pablo, Jason B, Pete, and Kenton

President: Nominations for E-board will be held on Oct. 28^th.

                 Elections first weekend of Nov.

                 Stress out existence as a chapter.  Get out and Recruit!

            Homecoming Events:

                        Wed. 70’s relay on Drake Field. Meet at AZD house at 3:30.

                        Food Drive.  Everyone is donating a dollar and Swanson will purchase

                                    Non-perishable food items with this money.  Get money into him

By wed. afternoon.  Otherwise turn a can into the Greek Office by Wed instead

Friday: parade and yell like hell at clock tower.  Meet at Delta Sig house @ 3:30 to decorate float and come up with a cheer           

Vice President: Stress our Existence as a chapter.

            IFC: Delegates show up to meetings.  If you are too go, you must show up or tell

            Joe. D you can’t make it.

            MGCA: Nov 15^th-16^th in N. Dakota

            Greek Activities meeting will be Oct. 10 @ 9:00p.m. (Greek office)

Programs: Formal is @ Maple Grove, Dec. 1^st.

            Brotherhood-Rivoli.  Meet at Keith’s house @ 6:45 for the 7:15 movie.

            Goulees…will be Oct. 25^th-26^th. w/AZD’s

            Haunted House activity with AZD on Oct. 20^th

Membership: initiation…

            Keith’s Birthday this weekend!

Finance: Chartwells, reminder of what times you are to work.

Philanthropy: Cow Pie Bingo—Put up signs and continue to talk about event in class and

            To friends.  Will be Oct 19^th…

            5K walk for cancer society on Oct. 20^th in Galesville
