Call to Order: 6:00 pm

President: Next week will be a formal meeting for transition of officers 6:00 pm

Vice President: IFC—Joint mtg 6pm on Monday

                                    Nominations will also be held on Tuesday

Programs: Formal—is this Saturday

                        Meet at Nic’s house by 5:00 pm (there will be only one bus leaving)

                        Set up—meet at Shaw’s house @ noon

            Brotherhood—Patch Adams will be speaking on Tuesday night.  The cost

                        Will be $6 per ticket…

            Formal—cannot go to formal unless dues are paid in full

Philanthropy: Teeter Totter event

Open: B-ball tournament for the weekend of Feb. 23-24 for a fundraiser

            Road Trip—mike will be going to Missouri from Jan 16-20

            Ski trip—Jan 19 to Granites Peak

Old: Teeter Totter-

                        Motion-To have Pablo as co-chair of teeter-totter event

                        To have picture taken @ Formal to be able to send out to friends and   

                                    Family

            Motion-to table until we know who and how much this will cost the fraternity

            Motion—Jeff—all those individuals who have started to pay or have established a payment plan for dues that have not paid in full to be able to partake in formal, but those who have not paid fines will be unable to partake in the event.

Motion-Brian Shaw—to give all pictures to Scott Halweg by Wednesday so he can update the picture book for formal, if he is unsuccessful in this, he must stand up in front of the fraternity and apologize until we see fit.
