	Remember that Joe Dominguez will give $5 for every event write-up that we do! It must follow a format that will be posted on the website!

V. Programs

	Brotherhood is a dinner with the A-Phi’s and then the torch light parade. We will eat at the house at 5
	This Saturday is the pistol tournament at Cory’s dad’s! This will be awesome! Guns! It is at 2 o’clock and will have a cookout afterwards
	Homecoming events

	Sunday at 12:30 is Volleyball at the rec
	Oct. 10^th Food drive
	Oct 10^th 4-7 will be the massive tie-dye at Drake Field, we are setting up the tent!
	Oct. 11^th we will decorate our float
	Oct. 11^th at 6 is Yell like Hell

VI. Philanthropy

Children’s Museum

	Girl Power Overnight (Oct. 18^th-19^th)
	Holliday Store (Dec. 6^th and 7^th)

Ghoulees in the Coulees – The Sig Tau barn site is reserved for us this year.

Cow Pie will happen very rapidly, we need awesome participation to make this a great event.

	Mike told us that Barnes & Noble is excited about Books for kids, and Dru said that over Thanksgiving he will be wrapping gifts in Milwaukee at Barnes & Noble if anyone wants to join.
	Congrats to Nic on doing well on the GRE
	Start coming to the brotherhood dinners you paid for!!!!!!!
	Thanks to Mike for getting people to Dr. Taylor’s speech
	Oct. 19^th will be a Hawaiian party at the house

Committee is Hannan, Mahal, Ingold, Halweg, Justin, Elliot

Brothers Dominguez, Shaw, and Stauffacher have created the Delta-Zeta-Iota scholarship! This will go to a non-E-board member who fills out an application and makes the certain requirements. Deadline for applications is Nov. 15^th and will be giving out at the formal in December. Thanks guys!

We need to get our faculty/alumni involved: Dr. Taylor, Mr. Chilsen, and Patrick Hiese from Sanford Hall

Ross will be speaking with us about his situation with the fraternity

	Pistol Tournament at Cory’s this week, Oct 5th. We will leave at 1:45 SHARP, so be on time. Bring meat and beverage for the cookout afterwards.
