Roll Call

Call to Order: 6:32

I. President

	Creed (Jeff)
	Ghoulees in the Coulees was a success
	We have received Sig Tau apparel that you can purchase
	Some alumni have voiced their concern that we are not taking enough pictures and getting them on the website

II. V.P.

	Nic now has the alumni e-mail list working
	In order to be considered for the Delta-Zeta-Iota award you must fill out the proper paper work and get it to Nic sometime soon
	IFC

	Had a joint meeting and are looking for money for a speaker
	The new guys need to complete a grade release form

Scholorship dinner at Big Al’s will be on Dec. 5th

III. Programs

	Halloween Party on the 31^st at 653 N. 22^nd with A-Phi’s. It is a costume party and starts at 7:30 , we will meet at 2330 Main St .(Mike’s place) at 7!
	Food for formal will be Chicken Alfredo and Beef Tips

IV. Membership

Initiation committee meetings will be on Thursday at 4:30 at the guy’s house

V. Finance

Tent set-up this Saturday at 9:30 and take down at 2

Not enough people signed up for this at the meeting, we really need more people please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are doing catering on Nov. 13^th from 10-2:30

We are going to be sending a bill to Ross for chapter dues and insurance

Last semester’s associates we need to collect the money that we loaned you guys last year for the polo shirts

At the fundraising meeting we came up with lots of ideas: carwash, basketball tournament, a carsmash, rooster andy’s

Basketball committee: Nic, Hannan, Mahal need to have a meeting this week

VI. Philanthropy

	Ghoulees in the Coulees went will
	Cow Pie went well and we will be about to donate about $1200 to New Horizon’s
	We are doing Children’s Museum on Dec. 6^th

Open

	River Falls Sig Tau wants to set up a time to come visit
	Steven’s Point Sig Tau wants to come down and visit sometime too
	We need to make a list of the things that we need for Ghoulees next time
	We need to start writing up events

New Business
